AI Tech Lead

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation platforms, and production-ready RAG architectures. Drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and build scalable AI products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and modern AI frameworks for global enterprise clients.

• Architect and build enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and optimize production-ready RAG pipelines and intelligent retrieval systems.
• Lead technical design decisions and mentor AI engineering teams.
• Develop scalable AI products integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.
• Build automation frameworks and AI-powered business process solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI platforms.
• Ensure solution scalability, governance, security, and production readiness.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or any related technical discipline.
